• Complete USVIPF Registration form ("Register" button on this page)  and pay , 
• •  It will include all information needed to submit your preliminary and final nominations. Additionally, it will provide instructions and links to pay NAPF participation, anti-doping, and banquet (optional) fees.  

    **Preliminary Deadline:  August 4, 2023 (USVIPF)

                   --   IPF Antidoping Fee (60E/$65 USD & Participation Fee(60E/$65 USD) due  

    --- Banquet fees (October 12, 2023 - $30 USD - optional)

    ** Final Nomination Deadline:  September 14, 2023 (USVIPF)

                   --- Flight information must be provided by  September 14, 2023.

                  ** Transportation information must be provided by  September 14, 2023.

                  ** Warm up_Attempts card information must be provided     by  September 14, 2023

 USVIPF Team Member Expenses 

• Banquet Fee (October 12, 2023 - $30 USD - optional) 
• USVIPF International Team Fund Fee - $35 per USVIPF member to cover the cost of flight/hotel for USVIPF  Team Head or Coach(es)/IPF Cat I/II referees for IPF/NAPF calendar meet. 
• • For 2023 - All USVIPF members have received invoices for 2023 IPF Bench World Championships,2023 IPF Open Classic World Championships , 2023 NAPF and 2023 IPF Master's World Championships = $35/championship.  All USVIPF members not participating in this championship will receive an invoice for $35.00
  • If you have any outstanding USVIPF International Team Fund Fee invoices you will not be nominated to Goodlift till they're paid.
• Flight  ( $$ savers book through third party travel website likes Orbitz,Vayama, Booking, Justfly ). Also Google "book now, pay later airline tickets" several websites provide this option.
  
• Hotel  (weigh your options)
• • Review hotel cost and room options in the Invitation  . ($$ saver - double up in room and split cost), payment do at check in.
  • Hotel alternatives - other hotel and/or AirBnb. Note: if you choose this option IPF requires you to pay a $104 admin fee + your hotel bill to do so.

USVIPF Helpful Info

• There will be a USVIPF team group chat on Facebook and/or WhatsApp to push out information to teammates going to the meet and while in country to assist each other.
• Review weather and climate conditions during the time frame you'll arrive in country.
• Consider bringing food and cook ware to make your own food if needed to help with weigh management prior to weigh ins.
• Google for "grocery stores" in the proximity of your hotel.
• Bring travel converters, phone/tablet adapters to watch your favorite shows via Netflix and other services.
• Contact your cell company for data/call international packages, Skyroam (hotspot), for country
