• •  It will include all information needed to submit your preliminary and final nominations. Additionally, it will provide instructions and links to pay NAPF participation, anti-doping, and banquet (optional) fees.

• IPF Approved Equipment List  (check this list to insure your classic and/or equipped meet equipment meets IPF standards)
• IPF Technical Rulebook ( provides information on rules to participate in a powerlifting competition. Please pay special attention to the following:

         - Referees numbered card system - reason for failure (pg 10-12)

  - Personal Equipment - Single ply squat/deadlift suits, bench shirts, singlets, t- shirts, socks, shoes, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, knee wraps  (pgs 13-19)
